THE MANOIR

The "Manoir" of a surface of 260 square meters was built in 1908 and can host 10 people. It contains three stories in a garden of around 15 ares .

The ground floor includes:

  • A 29sqm sitting room with a fire place and a television.
  • A 16sqm dining room also with a fire place.
  • A nice kitchen with a scullery with all the necessary appliances.

The first floor contains:

  • Three bedrooms of which two with an annexed small room, one with a baby cot (up to the age of two) and one with a single bed. Two of the main rooms contains a double bed and one contains two single beds.
  • A bathroom (bath and shower) with a hand washing basin.
  • A separate toilet.

The second floor contains:

  • A very large room around 25sqm with four beds.
  • A bathroom (bath and shower) with a hand washing basin and a WC.

Price

From the 1st of September to the 30th of June € 700/week
The months of July and August € 1.000/week
Week-ends € 400


The week is understood to be from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.

The rent includes: the bed linen, towels and tea towels. The electricity is extra. The house has its own electric meter which is checked upon arrival and departure of the guests. Normal cleaning after the departure of the guests is charged € 70.00.

A deposit of € 300 is asked when guests arrive and is given back upon their departure after deduction of the cost of electricity and breakage, if any.
