Description of the maison Machecourt :

The Maison Machecourt is a bright house which was entirely restored in July 2005. Built at the end of the 19th century, we wanted to keep as much of its 19th century charm as possible whilst adding some modern amenities. Located at the top of a hill, the view from the house is exceptional. It is situated in its own private garden with a table, chairs, deck chairs and BBQ. The house contains a main room with antique-style furniture, a wood stove, a sofa, a table and chairs, a clothes-cupboard, and a stone sink.

It has also a gas cooker and a fridge as a concession to modernity.. The bedroom containes an antique-style double bed. The Bathroom contains a bath with antique style shower, an handwashing basin, a toilet and a small clothes-cupboard. There are also a few clothes-hangers. The Cottage really keeps the atmosphere of its time.

Rental varies depending on the period of the year.

Period	Prices
From Easter included to the 31st of august :	350.00 € per week
From the 1st of September to Easter :	250.00 € per week
Week-ends (only out of season):	150.00 €

The prices include: Bed linen, towels for two, tea towels.
The electricity is extra. The house has its own electric meter which is checked upon arrival and departure of the guests. Normal cleaning is charged 20 €.
